 | Neil Sandford has over thirty years
of experience in the electricity distribution industry,
including 19 years with municipal distribution utilities
in Ontario, contracting services for steel plants
and utilities in the U.K., distribution engineering
in the petro-chemical industry, and consulting services
for utilities and land development projects in Canada.
As a senior staff member, Mr. Sandford provides leadership
