The Board of AESI Acumen Engineered Solutions International Inc. (AESI) is pleased to announce that Mr. Loreto D. Sarracini will assume the role of President of AESI and President of AESI-US effective June 1, 2006. This change is a logical step in the growth and succession planning for AESI and AESI-US. Mr. Sarracini has been with AESI since 1993 and has served in the capacity of Vice-President since 1997. During this time, he has been actively involved in numerous client projects and has been instrumental in directing business growth through strategic alliances and customer relationship development.. Prior to joining AESI, Mr. Sarracini spent 17 years at the prior Ontario Hydro serving in a variety of technical and supervisory roles within Operations and as a consultant for overseas projects. AESI’s outgoing President, Mr. Don Robinson, will continue to be actively involved with the organization, retaining the role of Chairman for each of AESI and AESI-US. Mr. Robinson will focus his efforts on business development, marketing, organizational growth and staff mentoring. Additionally, he will continue to serve in the capacity of Executive Consultant for selected assignments. |
